In December of 1979 the company -Vítor dos Santos Teixeira-is born. It is a small company, with only two employees, focused on painting locally owned houses.
The company starts taking on bigger jobs within the center region.
Company starts to venture into the Algarvian market with jobs such as: Vale Formoso e Fonte Santa; in 1991 the company also began to have jobs in Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Praia Verde, and Albufeira.
The company begins to venture into the industrial job market with Gas Stations being the first jobs in this area.
With the need to adapt to the growing necessities of the company and with the objective of further growth into new markets, on the 18th of June the company, wich had been Vítor dos Santos Teixeira, became Visatintas, Lda, headquarted in Casal dos Netos.
In order to meet the growing demands of it's clientele, Visatintas decided to move headquarters to Cantanhede. On March 19th the new company hadquarters were inaugurated. The company headquarters were now not only an office, bet also a store with the exclusive rights to sell CIN merchandise. At the inauguration the following people were present: Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Cantanhede-Dr Jorge Catarino; do Presidente do Conselho de Administração da CIN-Engº António Serrano; do presidente da AEC-Associação Empresarial de Cantanhede-Engº José Carvalho, along with many other guests, employees, and clients.
With the idea of expanding into a new market, in September, the company opened a new store located in Figueira da Foz, wich has the same exclusive rights to resell CIN merchandise.
The company had it's first job in the international market, painting the Caixa Geral in Huelva, Spain.
In order to be closer to the Algarvian clientele, the company decided it was best to open a warehouse, wich is located in the Polo Empresarial in Almancil.
In April 2010 and with the intention of the diversification of services that streamline, the company embraced a new area- External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems-ETICS.
In October 2012, aiming to expand its business areas, the Visatintas departed for French market, where has consolidated its position.
In order to respond with higher proximity to the French customer, in June 2013, the Visatintas, opens a branch in France.
In 2013, Visatintas runs its first Work in Belgium, having since then carried out several works in that country.
In 2017, Visatintas expands its services to the Dutch market, also looking for work in other European countries.
In fulfillment of his passion for challenges, in 2018 he executed his first works in Luxembourg;
